When you purchase seeds from us, you’re contributing to ULSWCD’s success in providing local conservation planning, information and education.
And it doesn’t cost you more! In fact, in most cases, you’ll pay less, by avoiding the high cost of shipping. You pay the same prices which are listed on our supplier’s website. By ordering through us, the District profits through a slight discount from the supplier and just as importantly, money we earn is matched by the State.
Your dollar goes further—and it’s used right here in Kimble county!
Through our partners at the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) you can get expert advice on which varieties of seed are best suited to your specific area. They can also provide other technical information regarding seedbed preparation, native species and seeds for: grazing, wildlife habitat, upland areas and riparian zones.
